TERMS & CONDITIONS

The terms and conditions set forth by SPP Mechanics shall supersede any prior agreements between the parties and shall apply to any transactions between the parties, whether they be for credit or cash.

APPLICATION OF TERMS & CONDITIONS

The client authorizes SPP Mechanics to carry out the work assigned and booked for at their expenses and to replace and supply such part as material including oils and petrol which may be necessary to complete the work.

SPP Mechanics is not liable for any loss or damage caused by Natural disaster.

The charge for the Labour will be normal hourly rate charged by SPP Mechanics

No undertaking can be given that the work will be completed on or before the time stated, SPP Mechanics shall not be liable for any damages sustained due to any delay.

No vehicle or component will be released until such time as the full outstanding amount has been paid ,payment to be made in cash or electronic funds transfer.

EFTs to be done 2 days before any collection.

Warranty period to repair/replace damaged components is as stated on the invoice though this does not apply to outside influence.

All negotiations to be done before work commencement.
