The turnaround time differs with each vehicle make and availability of the service kit .Normally it takes 2 to 2 and a half hours for minor service and 4 to 5 hours for a major service. Our cars are booked in by professional administrators who assess the vehicle exterior and interior state .A form is filled with all the details of the vehicle and the owner. Special attention is given to the problem or fault of the car .The technical department then takes over for technical assessment and compilation of components or accessories required . A quotation is formulated and sent to the client .If the client gives authorization to repair or service the vehicle ,we then procure the components. The repairs resume .Before the vehicle is test driven ,the client is notified for approval. After test driving ,the vehicle goes through a post repair /post service checks for avoidance of negligence and loose items .Collection arrangements are then made with the client .

We do what is called Strip & Quote . This is when the engine is taken down,stripped and assessed. The damaged or replacement costs are then obtained from the spares shops and engineering companies. Labour is then added and a quotation issued to the client for approval or authorization .

Guarantee is our first code of professional output. There is no fixed guarantee on service. Guarantee is subject to what type of work done on the vehicle and engine overhaul & suspension range from 3 months to 1 year.

As a member of RMI and other warrantee companies ,our SLAs take security as a prerequisite .We have premises located in fully guarded industrial areas, with verified entrance key points and cameras for security updates. Our company is insured for risky occurrences.
